We need investigations, indictments, prosecutions, convictions, and incarcerations. Nothing less is adequate.

Years ago, the county hired a firm to put up a new building for the mental health clinic's Day Treatment Program. I visited the site with the director of community services one summer afternoon, when they were putting in the foundation. I told her that it wasn't nearly deep enough, and that as a result, the roof would leak in the spring. It did leak. A lot.
