The other side is trying to say deny that is what he did.
But he utterly changed the Romney stance on taxes.
And there is another...
He started running on Romneycare, something he has distanced himself through the primary and most of the election because his own base vomits on him when he admits he did it.
I have never seen anyone in a debate utterly change directions in a campaign this way.
To me, Romney tried a fake pivot to the center to get centrist and independent voters. But it was jarring to see.
He will say anything to get elected.
