Fealty to him is their only value now. They must be 100% obedient or he takes his 40% of the voters and leaves and they will not hold power anywhere after the next election. Trump could come out tomorrow and be fore Medicare for all and raising taxes on the rich, and the GOP would 100% have to follow him on those issues. Anything he says goes, they have surrendered to him entirely.

Trump will spend the next 4 years undermining Biden and blaming Biden for anything that goes wrong.
