At least not in any direct manner. It only paints a self-serving narrative that ignores the explosive nature of the video and how it upended the narrative surrounding Laquan's murder.
The fact of the matter is that Emanuel and his deputies kept the incriminating video under wraps because he was too scared to indict the crooked cops and risk the wrath of the cop unions during an election year. The video would have built up public pressure to put cops in handcuffs, complicating Rahm's campaign.
You could have read the NY Times op-ed analysis about the murder without dismissing it as an "editorial," but it is clear you are not interested in any good faith discussion of the topic. This will be the last reply I will make on this subject.
