(3,527 posts)24. Reminds me of the time I got up to plead my case before a judge:
Contesting a speeding ticket I didnt feel I deserved. Since I HAD been speeding, but felt I had a good reason for doing so I pled guilty with an explanation. The judge looked at me like I was an idiot and explained, explanation or not, I had just pled guilty and therefore had to pay the fine.
Lesson: dont get up in a court of law if you dont know what the f*** youre doing. A lesson Rudy hasnt learned apparently...
