... allocates to ALL of his crimes. Every one. In full detail. And surrenders all documents related to said crimes. Prosecute the shit out of every single one of his enablers and co-conspirators. Including his family members. Put every one of them under the prisons. He should have no qualms about throwing everyone under the bus to save his own skin.

He pays a fine of $750m. Putin can put it up - I don’t care. In fact, that’s better. Putin owning his ass even more tightly for the rest of his life is fine with me. He will eventually piss off the wrong “chemist” anyway.

He agrees to withdraw from politics, either as a candidate or a “pundit”. He can tweet about celebrities and sports, but no politics.

He leaves the country.

Do that, and I’m good with him getting the bigliest pardon we have in the pardon file. Joe can sign it with a Sharpie even.
