1) Trump resignation contingent on Pence pardon
2) theft of documents and proof of Russia's 2016 and 2020 election interference assistance to Trump
3) pardons for the stooges installed to affect this plan, including those helping him plan it like Miller, Kushner and Nunes

They are not trying to take over America - you need COMPETENT EVIL PEOPLE for that...to run a ham-handed cover-up intent on getting away, you can use disposable stooges for that...
