And frankly, when we talk about people like the Bush Family, who have been at this for generations, I don't think (the few) people who are responsibly wealthy consider themselves part of that "club."

And yes, I spent a day among the 1%, and when you're that high, you can't even even see the ground from there, let alone understand it.
