(10,237 posts)43. The point of my post was to not skip voting because you think that one candidate has it in the bag.
Or, possibly because you know your candidate will lose. For example, in 1984 I knew (as did the whole country) that Fritz Mondale had ZERO at best chance of winning that election but I made damn sure to get my ass to the booth...and I have a BIG ass...yikes).
Voting matters 100% of the time. Especially when the incumbent is such a piece of excrement with legs that he almost makes Dubya look like an elder statesman.

I kind of agree with you. But the confidence in Hillary's win isn't entirely from the polls.
