and deadly. He looked at the map. Early infections and death in blue states and cities. And he consciously or subconsciously thought..."hmmmm, places where people won't vote for me". Let them get sick and die. His red states looked pretty good then.

There is NO other explanation for his silence. Worries of inviting panic? Bullshit. He incites panic every day.
