6. I like Portland a lot, but

if donuts and naked bike rides are the metric for judging good places to live, I'm afraid these rankings are pretty idiosyncratic. Not really part of my everyday life. Indeed, if I ate Portland donuts (and they are good) on a regular basis, I probably would never want to ride naked.
