3. A couple years ago I left my elderly mother at a rehab hospital

by herself for a couple weeks while I made the 5 hour trip back to where I lived to check back in with my job and my husband. I drove back down to be there when she was released back to her nursing home, but it still haunts me. I can’t even imagine trying to deal with this year if she were still alive.
