Honestly, I think what the media should do is focus almost entirely on what this disease is doing to people, families, and communities. Every news network should devote hours every day to obituaries of people who have died, interviews with bereaved family members, with traumatized medical staff, with people who are "recovered" but still grappling with the effects of major organ damage months later.

Fuck Trump. Make him, as a person, irrelevant. Make sure the whole nation REALLY REALLY sees what his criminal negligence has led to. Make sure EVERYONE sees that this disease is very very real.
