2. Also Note on a per Capita Basis its Often the Poorer, Rural Counties with the Highest Numbers

Example, neither Dallas County or Harris County have case/death numbers in the Top 25 in Texas among counties. This trend is increasing as rural counties have not come to grips with reducing spread. The TOPOS website is very good at showing this
