39. Voter intimidation for 2020

Trump's attempt to stay in power, this may be used for voter suppression and intimidation especially in poor and minority neighborhoods.

We've already seen record numbers of citizens removed from the voting rolls. This could be a continuation of disenfranchisement through violence.
