He was hoping - magically wishing - that it would just go away.

He said it often enough he believed it.

It isn’t.

It will only get worse.

And he will be wiped out. And he knows it.

He is terrified.

Not of jail or lawsuits or anything legal.

He is terrified of being called a loser.

He literally cannot survive that.
