10. greatest con-man ever

such shameless, open corruption at the highest levels of government, all authority compromised beyond recognition
enabling kleptocracy and cruelty wherever he goes
it would be impressive if it wasn't so terrifyingly dangerous
should we be so fortunate as to return to sound government we'll have to find ways to protect our democracy from such criminals
