His speaking out is an issue - look at the comments he received for proof of that. As for his playing, he was runner-up for rookie of the year two years ago, then fell off during his sophomore season, which often happens, and which was not entirely his fault since he was saddled with an inept coaching staff and a bad OL. Even with that, he has said he needs to play better and plans to do that with a new coaching staff, revamped line and a new attitude for himself. Good for him on that and his attitude about current events.
