Prosecuting previous administrations is not what new administrations do. Nor should that be their business. I think the Trump administration is the only one who would try (unsuccessfully) to cross that line. And they’ve come close a number of times.

It surprises me (though not really) that, at this moment in time, this is what this thread is fixated on. I think the Justice Department should be spending as much time as possible addressing the issues of social justice that we are all so consumed by at the moment. Cleaning up nearly 250 years of this country’s racist institutions should keep them quite busy.
