I knew he'd bungle something so badly--the economy, foreign policy, massive deregulation--that he'd kill off a whole bunch of us through war, starvation, or industrial disaster. It was inevitable, given his utter unsuitability to the job and the fact that the billionaires are surrounding him with lackeys and wrecking balls to destroy the country so they can remake it as an Ayn Rand capitalist paradise.
I didn't anticipate a virus. I freely admit that. I anticipated a lot of people dying and the country in a shambles and decades of needing to rebuild relationships with allies and maybe a century of rebuilding America's trust in the democratic process.
However, I'm not surprised. I knew he'd fuck up and kill a lot of us. He is incapable of anything else.
