Promoting bibles does not equate to producing and publishing a pack of incindiary lies in video format meant only to incite violence. My point is, if it can be proven that this already-convicted criminal published his video with the intent to provoke or incite violence, then that would possibly make him responsible. And the deeper point is that the timing of his video production and publication seems very suspect, and well worth looking into.

Another point, on edit: If I go into a crowded theatre and yell "fire" when there is no fire, and injuries result, then I'm legally liable. Correct? Any idiot with half a brain should have known that the video in question would be the rough equivalant of walking into a theatre and yelling "fire" -- mayhem is sure to ensue.

Please read my post as only hoping and grasping for possibilities that this criminal joker WILL be held responsible for the mayhem that his video release created, and as a not unreasonable suspicion that the timing of his video release/publication is part of a larger plan. Could be wrong, definitely. But worth looking into.
