68. Turning off the television is a good one.

Even if someone avoids the television news there are political commercials.

And even if you avoid the political commercials the rest of the commercials are designed to leave you agitated and feeling inadequate unless you buy something.

My wife and I quit traditional television a long time ago.

I'm a political junkie but I avoid topics where I'm just banging my head against the wall.

Here on DU I have "Trump" on my trash-by-keyword list.

That eliminates a lot of discussion that would only agitate me.

I like your suggestions.
