Being disabled to the extent I can no longer participate in rallies/demonstrations and similar actions makes my fear grow. All we can do is what we can do. The conflict in this place will settle in a few months, our candidate will be selected. Personally I donate a little money to candidates, I provide transportation to people knocking on doors, I donate food products (apples/pizzas/soda etc.)to meetings of like minded groups. And i try to share my reasons for opposing the orange turd at every opportunity. I plan to continue with these efforts until the election in November. And any other actions requested that fall within my limits. My biggest effort will be getting out the vote in November. Vote Blue No Matter Who!
To relieve some of the pain and suffering get a good book (non-political) and sit someplace of comfort. Bury yourself in the book for awhile. Just walk away from the world for a bit.
