You can certainly be actively resisting via Letters To The Editor, social media sharing of information.

Join the aclu for ten bucks or so and lend your voice to the cause of liberty.

Or get away from it altogether. Seek endorphins to lift your mood. (music, laughter, dark chocolate, beauty, walking...)

You might find some relief in watching old-time comedies (certainly PLENTY of that on youtube) like Marx Bros, Three Stooges, George Carlin, whatever suits you.
