.... government (taxpayer money) paying for opposition research for the2020 election paid for by the taxpayer". Then she followed up with "who's paying Rudy". The first answer was totally a bunch of words and phrases strung together. The second got this from Graham "I don't know who's paying Rudy"

So I have a question for Suzy Collins so is this what you think is learning his lesson. Trump, Giuliani, Ukraine, and Bidens. What has changed? Nothing!
