21. I had the same trouble with Sprint last year.

I was going to switch my phone service over to them because they had a new plan that was very cheap and would have been perfect for someone like me. But the people in the store ruined their company's brand in my eyes and I will never consider them as a service provider after that experience. At least I know that the company I currently use has employees who are knowledgeable about the service as well as the phone sales. It's worth paying a little extra if I know I won't have to deal with an ignorant, lazy, and useless staff.
