1. If they were seeking a contribution and enclosed a prepaid envelope "for your convenience", you

can stuff it with everything the sent you---including the original envelope--- plus any other junk mail you can fit in, and drop it in the mail. THEY will have to pay for the overweight postage when it is delivered back to them.
