Who's brilliant idea was it to house equipment and employees directly underneath a gigantic bird roost ... in the first place?

Even if it wasn't Vultures, without a doubt SOME birds were bound to make the place home, ffs ...

Hey, guys I have an idea? What if you put metallic, needle-like 'spikes' all over the tops of the rails? Think that would maybe work?

When can I expect my reward for turning you onto this highly original idea I just came up with?
