Tariffs. Market plunges 1700 points. No Tariffs! Up 2200. Partial tariffs on $100B merchandise. Market plunge. China retaliates. More plunge. Oops, Trump & Xi to work together. market takes off. Whoops! Impasse, $300B more tariffs. Plunge. China retaliates again. Down we go. China devalues. Stock rocket. Delay in tariffs. Partial agreement until spring. Up some more.

Somebody's playing those swings. Wilbur Ross? Mnuchin? Kudlow? Would you trust them with your money? How about your government?
