9. My first cousin's maternal grandparents had a dairy farm two towns over from

us city slickers. We'd picnic there and I could hardly wait to go see the cows, venture into the fragrant barn, hug and smooch them. 😚

Yah, family farms. Things have been going to hell inna hand basket lots lately it appears.

Farming is expensive and laborious. Traditional farmers are having difficulties coming against them. But what about those who simply sell out for big $$. Their farmland is you know 'desirable'.

It's a vicious out there.
