17. Lindsey Graham is essentially saying he won't do his constitutional duty.

He should resign now. He won't, because he is too feckless. But he is clearly too partisan to do his constitutional duty, and a traitor to the people who elected him, so he should just go ahead and step down now. But even stepping down for not doing his job would be too honorable of an act for Lindsey Graham. He is just a poor excuse for a man, and a joke as a Senator.
