But, dont worry, as soon as we get rid of the Constitution, lawyers and courts wont have any say in how prisoners are treated. There will be no right to object, and no right to petition the court if that objection is ignored. Youll love it.

Actually, defense lawyers can persuade jail staff, or a judge, to change conditions of confinement.
