I can find zilch.

I used to work for a compliance company. We got a lot of training on HIPAA; I think you were misinformed.

I imagine in national emergencies, they can suspend any of our rights, but in no way is that written into law that when a “president is within 100 miles” we lose our HIPAA rights.

You really believe that folks in the DC, New Jersey, and Palm Beach areas have no HIPAA rights? Nonsense.
