10. Anyone else think it might not have been fully spontaneous?

When I heard clips on MSNBC, I couldn’t help wondering if there were people planted in the audience who started it. That, or operatives suggested it as the crowd filled the room. I’ve seen talk shows recorded and there are people paid to guide the audience response. It doesn’t seem far-fetched to think that might have occurred here.
