business entities like the fossil fuel industry that are getting what they want with a Trump Administration. Thinking that Republicans will suddenly come to their senses and start working with Democrats once Trump is gone is pure fantasy. Fascism works for some powerful interests in America and Trump is the current figurehead, someone else is waiting in the wings if and when he goes down.
