If you feel overwhelmed take a break. Do stuff you like doing. Reconnect with nature. Stay away from the news. You don’t have to be so hyper aware and on edge. It doesn’t help if you are because that’s how he wins.

It will all be here when you feel less overwhelmed. And this too will end.
