12. The Audible is free. No "free trial" necessary.

There's a Kindle version for 99 cents. There are some cheap paperback versions, too. I prefer holding it in my hands to read, so a bound book version seems nice to me. And better than printing it myself. I didn't buy a paperback. I downloaded both the Audible and the Kindle versions, though, so will see how that goes. (I downloaded the free PDF version when it first came out, but have found it difficult to read... my eyes aren't as good as they once were). Anyhow, I'm fine with paying a few bucks to have it in a better format.
