Mueller's finding of extensive worthy of indictment obstruction.

Is it possible that the obstruction was responsible for preventing the investigators from finding sufficient evidence for a charge of collusion and conspiracy? Isn't the possibility of this screaming for a deeper look?

Oh, and BTW... Okay, I reluctantly agree with Mueller's assertion that a sitting President can't be indited due to the DOJ's misguided policy. However, there were numerous individuals who weren't the President who were likely heavily involved in both the collusion and the obstruction who also weren't indited, such as, Don Trump Jr.
