No prez should be able to offer pardons to anyone attached to an investigation of him or people in the executive. I have to wonder if Mr. Pardon Barr isn't expecting a pardon. Stonewalling shouldn't be rewarded by permitting ridiculous amounts of time to pass. Get the courts to fast track congressional business. I'll leave it to the lawyers to create a better system than what we have.
