90. If Trumpy backs down, he loses. He knows it.

His logic is concrete, black and white. He runs on a zero sum game. If he backs down, he loses. If he continues to stonewall and he succeeds, he not only wins, but he becomes OUR DICTATOR. He becomes our dictator because he then knows that he can overrule ANYTHING coming his way, and he will overcome ANY opposition. That the logic of his thinking.

It's his kind of thinking that is a requirement for dismantling the Constitution. He now has the backing of the DOJ, the GOP (all of it), many of the pressure points in the Judiciary, the right wing media (that dominates the creating of the political narratives), and his fascist fans.
