Your States were Directly Targeted By The RUSSIANS and The Two States That Had REPUBLICAN GOVERNORS and SECRETARY OF STATE'S --- The targeting worked as Trump's Russian Hacks handed him Michigan and Wisconsin -- Pennsylvania had a Democratic Governor (Tom Wolf) but IT APPEARS (If You Are From Pennsylvania Feel Free To Update In The Comments) The SOS Is APPOINTED and nearly Minnesota too yet the only reason this did not occur is that Minnesota had a DEMOCRATIC Governor and Secretary of State.
