Quite well, actually. Fox News has been number one in cable news for a while now and many prominent conservatives write books with good sales numbers. There's also radio and any number of conservative periodicals.
There's a lot of money to be made on conservatives, which is part of the reason Fox News exists in the first place.
I really do think the messages that come out of the entertainment business have to do with the fact that so many people who produce and write it are liberal.
