In the second book by Woodward and Bernstein, it is stated basically that Nixon had lost it, and the country was being run by his staff. This tweet today..is amazing it's total stupidity and lack of awareness as to the true meaning of the activity at 5:18 am. Why would anyone who is President of The United States want to have people read his thoughts at 5:18 am? Couldn't he at least wait till 7am?
