22. As far as I'm concerned, hate crimes should be for protected classes

Political affiliation is not a protected class, nor should it be. Terrorism laws would be a separate matter, and although they are important and serve their purpose as well, I just don't think they should be conflated with hate crime laws. Otherwise you get into situations like this where haters are being protected by laws designed to protect people from haters.
