One big issue is because of federal strictures, banking will be an issue, which affect credit and debit cards (may not be able to use them, making the business cash only).

Florida took around a year after medical marijuana was approved to get it rolled out to counties, this is even though a pilot program was already up and running before the vote.

I don't need to say this to DU people. But in Florida and other places that have legal pot, I don't notice any differences. I haven't been to Colorado for a while, so can't say anything about that other than how long it seemed to have taken to get regs.
