2/3s of them were for gore
ballots where gore's bubble was filled in and they wrote gore's name in...so obviously the intent was to vote for gore....mostly in black neighborhoods
amazing how after all this time people here on du can't understand, gore didn't lose...we simply failed to do an accurate count
I believe we "lost" in '04 & '16 for similar reasons
