Ryan's budget plan doesn't reduce the deficit, it expands it by trillions of dollars. Even destroying Medicare won't pay for his absurdly large tax cuts; he thinks he is going to make up the difference by "closing loopholes" that he hasn't found yet.

These people are only "deficit hawks" because that does better in focus groups than "kleptomania hawks".
