I don't know if that's true or not, but I really don't think we should put too many eggs in this basket. I know Sen. Whitehouse felt like he had to try a Hail Mary pass today in raising this, but if it's not the same house then the Republicans will try to claim it as some kind of exoneration.

Honestly, Kav knows where he assaulted Ford- I seriously doubt he would have submitted a calendar inviting scrutiny of the crime scene. Plus, all 6 of the guys at the July 1 party have signed statements in support of Kav, so I doubt they will be saying anything helpful about it.
