21. Reeks of desperation--it's obvious that this move

wasn't in their game plan at the beginning of the week. Then came those polls.

I'm sure they would've preferred to wait for the Olympics to be over and to have the media stage to themselves.

The whold thing just smells of disorganized planning on the fly.
