US to Israel: Yes, you can choose whether or not to attack Iran, but if you do so without our agreement do not expect us to back you up with money, troops, tactical assistance or weapons. If you choose to make these decisions on your own, prepare to take the consequences on your own.

This is what should happen. But it won't. For some reason, politicians bend over backwards to not upset Israel. Even Mitt was there praising their tax rates and their socialist medicine.... all the while telling Americans it is the epitome of evil for us to consider it here.
